Prop. 13 Education Bond Launches Statewide Advertising Campaign

February 4, 2020 – CALIFORNIA – Today, as ballots are mailed and Californians begin voting, the campaign for Proposition 13 on the March ballot launched its advertising campaign across the state. The education bond will invest $15 billion to improve the health and safety of our school buildings.

The campaign will advertise through digital channels and on television through the entire month in which ballots are cast, beginning with “First Responders” featuring firefighter Charles Lightfoot III talking about the need to fix our classrooms by removing hazardous materials and ensuring schools are equipped for the next natural disaster.
